How We Store and Share Your Information

Your submitted information is transmitted securely and stored in our internal customer relationship management system. We use third-party tools to process and route form submissions, including automation software, email and spreadsheets.

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We may share the information you submit with our partner or sister companies, which may help evaluate your property, make an offer on it, or buy it. We don't give it to unrelated real estate companies, marketers, or data brokers.

We also share information with service providers who help us run our business (such as our CRM, communication and website hosting tools), and with Google for the analytics and advertising described below.

Google API Services

Best NH Realty uses an internal software tool that connects to the Google Ads API. We use it to run the Google Ads that advertise our cash purchase options to qualified sellers. The tool uses its own Google Cloud service account (an account that belongs to the tool, not to a person). It can reach only Google Ads accounts connected to Best NH Realty's Google Ads manager account: our own, and those of businesses that have linked their accounts to ours so we can manage their advertising. Through that connection it can read and change Google Ads data such as campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, conversion tracking settings, performance reports, and keyword planning data.

We use this data only to plan, create, manage, and report on advertising for Best NH Realty and for those businesses. We do not sell it or use it for any other purpose. The tool runs on our own computers, where the reports and logs it creates are stored. We share the data only with the AI assistant provider we use to run the tool, which processes it on our behalf under terms that don't allow it to use the data to train AI models, or when required by law. We keep it only as long as needed for that work.

A Google Ads account administrator can end the tool's access at any time by removing our manager account or the tool's user under Admin > Access and security in Google Ads. To have the reports we keep about your account deleted, contact us at tim@bestnhrealty.com.

Best NH Realty's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google:

• Google Analytics records how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, taps on our call and text buttons, form steps, device and browser, and approximate location. We have Google signals turned on, so for visitors who are signed in to a Google account with ad personalization turned on, Google can connect visits across devices and give us demographic and interest reports.
• Google Ads conversion tracking records which ad clicks lead to calls and form submissions.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. We and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) together to measure and report on visits and to choose and optimize ads based on past visits to this site.

We may add similar tools from other providers, such as session recording or advertising pixels from Meta or Microsoft. When we do, we'll list them here.

Your Choices

• Turn off personalized Google ads in Google's My Ad Center.
• Stop Google Analytics from recording your visits with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Opt out of interest-based ads from many companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser's settings.

You'll still see ads after opting out; they just won't be based on your visits.
