We started with a beat-up duplex fresh out of college and we haven't stopped since. This is what we do — and we genuinely love it.
How It Started
We bought our first property right out of college — a duplex that needed everything. We renovated it together, and somewhere between ripping out old floors and painting every room twice, we became a couple. That house brought us together in more ways than one.
Since then, we've fix-and-flipped across New Hampshire, managed rentals from the Keene area all the way to the seacoast, and tackled more projects than we can easily count. One of our favorites: we moved into a flip the day after closing — because we found out we were having our first baby girl and needed a place to call home fast. No regrets.
We own rentals across the state but we're seacoast-based now, headquartered out of Stratham. New Hampshire is home — not a market we're investing in from afar. We're here, our kids are growing up here, and the homes we work on are in the same communities we care about.

Tim
Tim handles the structural side — framing, flooring, cabinets, and trim. He can walk into a house and mentally pull it apart and put it back together before he's made it to the kitchen. That's why our offers are real: there's no mystery contingency budget hiding in the numbers.
Katie
Katie is the finish expert — mud, tape, caulking, and painting. She's the reason the houses we sell look like homes. She also has an instinct for what a space could be that Tim would be the first to admit he doesn't have. Their partnership — in work and in life — is what makes this whole thing run.

We love bringing homes back to life. There's something deeply satisfying about walking into a property that's been neglected or has had a hard few years, and seeing what it could be. That's always been the core of it for us.
But over the years, we've realized the job is just as much about the people as the properties. The sellers who come to us are often in hard situations — dealing with an estate, a divorce, a health scare, years of landlord exhaustion. We take that seriously. We try to be the kind of buyers we'd want to deal with if the roles were reversed: honest about our offer, patient with the process, and genuinely helpful even when a sale doesn't end up making sense.
